  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 2 c
  • garlic to taste - 1 item
  • eggs, beat first - 4 item

How to make spinach balls:

Cook spinach, squeeze dry. Mix remaining ingredients and roll in balls. Bake at 350° until slightly brown.
