  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • margarine - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
  • cup chopped onion - 1/2 item
  • cups milk - 2 item
  • cups water - 3 item
  • cups diced potatoes - 4 item
  • cup celery - 1/2 item
  • small carton sour cream - 1 item

How to make sour cream potato soup:

Cook potatoes, celery and onion in 3 cups water until tender. Add milk, bouillon cubes and margarine. Mix flour with sour cream and add to the soup. Stir constantly until thickened. Stir in salt and pepper. Serves 8-10.
