Sour cream potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- cup chopped onion - 1/2 item
- cups milk - 2 item
- cups water - 3 item
- cups diced potatoes - 4 item
- cup celery - 1/2 item
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
How to make sour cream potato soup:
Cook potatoes, celery and onion in 3 cups water until tender. Add milk, bouillon cubes and margarine. Mix flour with sour cream and add to the soup. Stir constantly until thickened. Stir in salt and pepper. Serves 8-10.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
