  • milk - 2 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • large potatoes - 6 item
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • Bisquick mix - 1/4 c
  • jar Cheez Whiz or more - 1/2 item
  • garlic powder to taste - 1 item

How to make scalloped potatoes:

Melt margarine; add Bisquick, milk and Cheez Whiz. Bring to a boil until thick. Peel, slice, and season potato slices; place in baking dish. Pour sauce over potatoes. Bake for 1 1/2 hours (or less) at 350°.
