Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • medium potatoes - 2 item
  • thyme - 2 tsp
  • large onion - 1 item
  • medium conchs - 4 item
  • stalk of celery - 1 item
  • can of celery soup - 1 item
  • A - 2 Tbsp
  • large carrots - 2 item

How to make conch chowder:

Bruise and boil conchs. Cut into small pieces. Fry out onion and celery in 1 tablespoon oil. Add sauces and water. Add rest of ingredients. Boil for 1 hour.
