- water - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- medium potatoes - 2 item
- thyme - 2 tsp
- large onion - 1 item
- medium conchs - 4 item
- stalk of celery - 1 item
- can of celery soup - 1 item
- A - 2 Tbsp
- large carrots - 2 item
How to make conch chowder:
Bruise and boil conchs. Cut into small pieces. Fry out onion and celery in 1 tablespoon oil. Add sauces and water. Add rest of ingredients. Boil for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Potato, Soups & stews, Chowders.
