Broccoli cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 10 oz
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- water
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- American cheese - 1 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- onion, finely chopped - 2 Tbsp
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
In large pan, cook onion in margarine until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended. Add milk. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Then, in a separate pan, dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Bring to a boil. Add broccoli and cook until done. Do not drain.
