Broccoli cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- small jar Cheez Whiz - 1 item
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Saute onion in margarine. Blend in flour and let cook. Gradually add milk and half and half. Stir and cook until thick. Add bouillon cubes and cook until dissolved. Add salt and pepper.
