  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted butter - 2 3
  • Parmesan cheese
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 4 Tbsp
  • medium potatoes, washed - 4 item
  • fresh herbs - 2 3
  • dried herbs - 2 3

How to make sliced baked potatoes:

Cut potatoes in thin slices, but not all the way through. Use handle of wooden spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way through. Put potatoes in baking dish and fan slightly. Sprinkle with salt. Drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake at 425° for about 50 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheeses. Bake another 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly browned, cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft inside but crispy out.
