- butter, melted - 2 3
- Parmesan cheese
- grated cheddar cheese - 4 Tbsp
- medium even potatoes - 4 item
- chopped fresh herbs, such as: parsley, chives, thyme or sage, etc - 2 3
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Peel potatoes and scrub. Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through. Put them in a baking dish. Fan them slightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake at 425° for about 50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
