- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese
- grated Cheddar cheese - 4 Tbsp
- medium potatoes - 4 item
- chopped fresh herbs i - 2 Tbsp
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Peel potatoes in skin is tough, otherwise scrub and rinse them. Cut potatoes into thin slices (use a handle of a spoon to prevent knife from going all the way through. Pour potatoes in baking dish. Fan them slightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake at 425° for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses. Bake potatoes for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned and cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft inside.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
