- medium potatoes - 4 item
- chopped fresh herbs parsley, chives, thyme or sage or 2 to 3 tsp - 2 3
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Peel potatoes if skin is tough, otherwise, just scrub and rinse them. Cut into thin slices, using the handle of a spoon to cradle potato so you do not cut all the way through.
