Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- large can pears, drained - 1 item
- large can peaches, drained - 1 item
- large can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 item
- large can bing cherries, drained - 1 item
- curry - 2 tsp
How to make curried fruit:
Combine all cans of fruit in baking dish. Combine brown sugar, butter, and curry stirring well. Spoon over fruit. Cover and bake till thoroughly heated. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
