- water - 1/4 c
- olive oil - 4 Tbsp
- onion - 1/2 c
- rice - 1 c
- can consomme - 1 item
How to make browned rice:
Wash rice; let drain. Fry onions in oil to brown. Remove and fry rice golden brown. Add all ingredients; simmer for 30 minutes. Makes 2 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
