Shrimp creole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- small green bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- shrimp, shelled - 1 lb
How to make shrimp creole:
Saute onions, peppers and celery in margarine until tender, not brown. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Add shrimp last and simmer until shrimp are tender. Serve over cooked rice.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
