  • salt - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 4 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1/4 tsp
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
  • can tomatoes - 1 oz
  • small green bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • shrimp, shelled - 1 lb

How to make shrimp creole:

Saute onions, peppers and celery in margarine until tender, not brown. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Add shrimp last and simmer until shrimp are tender. Serve over cooked rice.
