Ingredients/Components
- onions, minced - 1 c
- stalk celery, minced - 1 item
- green pepper, minced - 1 item
- bay leaf - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- raw, peeled shrimp - 2 lb
- medium can tomatoes - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
How to make shrimp creole:
Saute first five ingredients slowly in butter or sweet oil until light brown. Then add slowly shrimp, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer one hour and serve over cooked rice.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
