Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/4 c
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- bunch green onions - 1 item
- pastry tart shells - 16 item
- crawfish tails, cleaned - 1 lb
How to make crawfish pie:
Bake shells according to package directions. Melt butter. Add chopped green onions. Saute 5 minutes. Add flour; simmer 4 minutes. Blend in soups. Cook 5 minutes. Add crawfish tails. Cook 15 to 20 minutes until done. Spoon into pastry shells and serve.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crawfish.
