Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 1/4 c
  • stick butter, melted - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • bunch green onions - 1 item
  • pastry tart shells - 16 item
  • crawfish tails, cleaned - 1 lb

How to make crawfish pie:

Bake shells according to package directions. Melt butter. Add chopped green onions. Saute 5 minutes. Add flour; simmer 4 minutes. Blend in soups. Cook 5 minutes. Add crawfish tails. Cook 15 to 20 minutes until done. Spoon into pastry shells and serve.
