Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 1 c
- green pepper, chopped - 3/4 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- Tabasco - 1 item
- shrimp, peeled - 1 lb
- can stewed tomatoes Italian - 1 item
How to make shrimp creole:
Put flour on vegetables. Saute vegetables in butter and cook until tender. Add shrimp; cook until done. Add stewed tomatoes and season to taste. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve on rice.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
