  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • onion, chopped - 1 c
  • green pepper, chopped - 3/4 c
  • celery, chopped - 1 c
  • Tabasco - 1 item
  • shrimp, peeled - 1 lb
  • can stewed tomatoes Italian - 1 item

How to make shrimp creole:

Put flour on vegetables. Saute vegetables in butter and cook until tender. Add shrimp; cook until done. Add stewed tomatoes and season to taste. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve on rice.
