Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- wine vinegar - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire - 1 item
- pinch dry mustard - 1 item
- lean beef or venison, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Italian salad oil - 1 item
How to make shish kabob:
Combine equal parts of liquid ingredients with dry ingredients and meat cubes. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 or 2 days. Skewer with slices of onion and bell pepper; grill over an open hot fire. Serve with Cajun rice and rolls for a complete meal.Recipe categories: Mushroom, Main dish, Lamb/sheep.
