Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1 item
  • parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • wine vinegar - 1 item
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire - 1 item
  • pinch dry mustard - 1 item
  • lean beef or venison, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Italian salad oil - 1 item

How to make shish kabob:

Combine equal parts of liquid ingredients with dry ingredients and meat cubes. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 or 2 days. Skewer with slices of onion and bell pepper; grill over an open hot fire. Serve with Cajun rice and rolls for a complete meal.
