Ingredients/Components

  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • olive oil - 1 Tbsp
  • spaghetti - 1 lb
  • sliced mushrooms - 1 lb
  • fresh chives - 1 item
  • chopped peeled cloves of garlic - 2 item

How to make pasta with mushrooms:

Pour olive oil into skillet; add garlic and heat. Add mushrooms and saute until pale brown and give up their juices. Sprinkle with lots of chopped chives and pour over 1 pound cooked, drained pasta. Salt and pepper at table.
