Ingredients/Components
- mushrooms, sliced - 1 lb
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- medium yellow squash, sliced, cooked and drained - 3 item
- spinach, cooked and drained - 10 oz
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- Mozzarella - 1 c
How to make layered vegetable casserole:
Saute mushrooms in butter. Layer squash, 1/2 cup Mozzarella, mushrooms, remaining Mozzarella and spinach in casserole. Top with Parmesan. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.Recipe categories: Cheese, Asparagus, Mushroom.
