Cantonese chow mein
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 1/4 c
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1 can
- 3 c
- onion, chopped - 1 c
- Chun King soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- Chun King chow mein vegetables, drained - 1 can
How to make cantonese chow mein:
Heat oil in a large skillet and brown meat. Push meat to 1 side of skillet and add garlic and onions; saute until soft. Season with salt. Mix cornstarch, soy sauce and chicken broth and add to skillet. Stir and cook until mixture thickens. Add chow mein vegetables and heat through.
