Ingredients/Components
- salad oil
- soy sauce - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
- salt
- parsley flakes
- black pepper - 1 Tbsp
- clove garlic - 1 item
How to make marinade for meat:
Place all ingredients in blender 30 to 40 seconds. Marinate meat for 4 to 6 hours or overnight. Also use for basting. Good for roasts, chops and large cubes of beef for shish kabobs.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Pork.
