- butter - 1 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- small onion, minced - 1 item
- canned tomatoes
- each: sugar, salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- toast cubes - 1 c
How to make scalloped tomatoes:
Drain tomatoes well. Toast enough bread for 1 cup cubes. Drizzle 1 tablespoon butter over cubes. Mix remaining ingredients. Bake until bubbling in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Kosher.
