  • bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination - 1 (16
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • sour cream - 1/3 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • jar chopped pimiento, drained - 1 oz
  • 8 oz

How to make swiss vegetable medley:

Combine thawed vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup of cheese, sour cream, pimiento, pepper and 1/2 can of Durkee French fried onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 325°. Top with remaining cheeses and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.

Note: Recipe can be doubled.
