- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- jar chopped pimiento, drained - 1 oz
- 8 oz
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Combine thawed vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup of cheese, sour cream, pimiento, pepper and 1/2 can of Durkee French fried onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 325°. Top with remaining cheeses and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.Note: Recipe can be doubled.
