Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• salt - 1 tsp
• carton sour cream - 1 oz
• pepper - 1 item
• onions, chopped - 1/2 c
• stick melted margarine - 1 item
• bag frozen hash browns - 1 (2
• can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom - 1 item
• slices bread, cut into cubes - 3 item

How to make hash brown casserole:

Mix all ingredients, except margarine and bread cubes. Put margarine in bowl. Soak bread in melted margarine. Put potato mixture in casserole dish. Place bread cubes on top.
