Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 8 oz
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can cream-style corn not drained - 8 oz
How to make scalloped corn casserole:
Melt margarine; add to beaten eggs and remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased pan (7 x 11-inch) and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°. The casserole is ready to eat when brown on top and not soggy in the center. Serves 10.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
