Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- hot mashed potatoes - 4 c
- chopped onion optional - 1/2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Blend cream cheese into hot mashed potatoes. Add egg, chopped onion, salt and pepper. Bake in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve at once.This is a wonderful way to have velvety mashed potatoes without having to mash them after the dinner guests have arrived.
