  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • Ritz crackers - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • can undiluted cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated sharp cheese - 1 c
  • chopped broccoli, cooked until tender and drained - 2 pkg

How to make broccoli casserole:

Mix all ingredients except Ritz. Top with crumbled Ritz crackers. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
