Ingredients/Components
- salt
- butter - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- skim milk - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- chopped pimento - 2 tbsp
- can cream style corn - 17 oz
- dash pepper - 1 item
How to make scalloped corn:
Combine corn & milk. Stir in egg. Add 3/4 c. crumbs, pimento, onion, salt & pepper. Pour into oiled casserole dish. Melt butter in small skillet. Brown remainder of crumbs. Spread on top of corn mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
