Ingredients/Components
- can cream style corn - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- egg slightly beaten - 1 item
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- Salt and Pepper to taste - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- sugar - 2 tsp
How to make scalloped corn:
Combine ingredients. If desired, top with grated cheese and chopped ham. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
