Chicken and stuffing



  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • water or chicken stock - 1 c
  • box chicken flavored stuffing - 1 oz
  • to 3 large chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and diced - 2 item

How to make chicken and stuffing:

Mix butter, stuffing and water or stock. Add cream of chicken soup and mix well. Add diced chicken. Put in an 8-inch square pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
