Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- oatmeal - 3/4 c
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- rhubarb, diced - 4 c
How to make rhubarb crunch:
Combine flour, oatmeal, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon until crumbly. Put half of mixture into a greased 9-inch pan. Cover with rhubarb. Combine sugar, cornstarch and water in a saucepan. Boil until thick. Pour over rhubarb. Cover with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
