Rhubarb crunch
Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- rolled oats - 1 c
- brown sugar, packed - 1 c
- butter or oleo - 1/2 c
- diced rhubarb - 5 c
How to make rhubarb crunch:
Heat oven to 350°. Combine 1/4 cup flour and granulated sugar; mix with rhubarb. Put into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine oats, 1 1/2 cups flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter. Crumble over top of rhubarb. Bake 45 minutes. Serve warm or cool with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
