Rhubarb crunch
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- rhubarb pieces - 4 c
How to make rhubarb crunch:
Cut rhubarb into 1/2 inch pieces. Stir 1 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp. flour together and mix with rhubarb. Put in pan and dot with butter. Mix remaining sugar, flour, salt and baking powder. Stir in beaten egg. Put on top of rhubarb. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
