Rhubarb crunch



Ingredients/Components
- whole wheat flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- oatmeal - 3/4 c
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- rhubarb, diced - 4 c
- sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make rhubarb crunch:
Mix until crumbly the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, oatmeal and melted butter. Pat 1/2 of crumbs into greased 9-inch pan; cover with 4 cups rhubarb. Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla. Cook until clear. Pour over rhubarb. Top with remainingRecipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
