  • whole wheat flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • oatmeal - 3/4 c
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • rhubarb, diced - 4 c
  • sugar - 1 c
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp

How to make rhubarb crunch:

Mix until crumbly the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, oatmeal and melted butter. Pat 1/2 of crumbs into greased 9-inch pan; cover with 4 cups rhubarb. Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla. Cook until clear. Pour over rhubarb. Top with remaining
