Microwave caramel corn
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- white corn syrup - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
How to make microwave caramel corn:
Cook on full power for 2 minutes (should be boiling). Add salt (should foam). Pour mixture over 3 to 4 quarts popped corn in a brown bag. Shake hard. Place in microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes (still in paper bag). Shake hard. Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes. Shake hard.
