Ingredients/Components
- Minute rice - 2/3 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- milk
- oleo - 1 Tbsp
- egg yolk - 1 item
How to make rice pudding:
Mix first 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook 20 minutes over low heat. Stir frequently. Beat egg yolk with 2 tablespoons of milk and add slowly to hot rice. Stir fast and remove from heat.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Rice.
