Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- seedless raisins - 1 c
- cooked rice
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- dash of cinnamon - 1 item
- scalded milk
How to make rice pudding:
Combine eggs, sugar and salt and mix well. Blend in milk, then add rice, raisins, vanilla and spices. Bake in greased, 1-quart baking dish. Set inside shallow pan with 1 inch of water. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Rice.
