Pound cake



  • sugar - 3 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • large eggs - 6 item
  • whipping cream - 1/2 pt
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • cake flour - 3 c

How to make pound cake:

Cream butter and sugar. Add 1 egg at a time. Cream after each one. Add flour and cream, flour and cream; mix well. Let flour be last ingredient you add. (Also, let butter, eggs and whipping cream stand at room temperature before beginning to make cake.)
