Peach cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- cornstarch or flour - 3 Tbsp
- sliced peaches - 3 4
How to make peach cobbler:
Cook on stovetop until it thickens and boils. Put into 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.Measure dry ingredients. Add margarine and milk. Mix until it forms a ball. Drop dough onto hot filling in 6 spoonfuls. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400°.
