Sweet potato pie

Ingredients/Components

• cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes - 3 item
• 1/3 cup sweet milk - 1 item
• 1/3 cup sugar - 1 item
• vanilla
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• cup self rising flour - 2/3 item
• egg - 1 item
• melted margarine - 5 tbsp
• cinnamon - 1 tsp

How to make sweet potato pie:

Preheat oven to 375°. Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer or blender. Pour into two unbaked pie shells.

Bake 50 minutes.
