Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- coconut
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- slivered almonds - 2 oz
- Reserve 1/2 cup topping after baking
How to make almond crunch:
Mix up and bake in 12 x 8-inch pan at 350° until crispy for 5 to 10 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup topping after baking. Stir a couple of times while baking.Filling:2 small pkg. vanilla pudding3 c. milk8 oz. Cool Whip Mix filling and place on top of crust, sprinkle 1/2 cup of crusty base on top.
