  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • vegetable oil - 1/3 c
  • cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp

How to make never fail pie crust:

Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl. Pour onto floured board and roll out.
