Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- or 7 whole, cooked potatoes - 6 item
- raw carrot, peeled - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
In meat grinder, shred potatoes and carrot. Place in casserole. Mix in sour cream and 2 cups of the shredded cheese. Add parsley. Mix together. Top with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese on top is bubbling.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
