Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- dried minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- crushed cornflakes - 2 c
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all but cornflakes and melted margarine. Place in a large casserole dish. Mix cornflakes with margarine and cover potatoes. Bake covered for 1 hour at 325°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
