Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- to 10 potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed - 8 item
How to make potato casserole:
Add mashed potatoes to cheese mixture and beat until smooth. Transfer to 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
