How to make oven potatoes:

Fry bacon and crumble. Peel and slice potatoes. (You can slice with peeling on, if you like.) Lightly grease bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan or baking dish. Layer sliced potatoes, salt, pepper and chopped onion; repeat layers. Cover dish with Reynolds Wrap. Punch a few holes in the top to allow steam to escape. Bake at 425° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. After baking, add sliced Velveeta cheese on top; sprinkle bacon on top.
