Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- butter - 1/4 c
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- corn flake crumbs - 1 c
How to make potato casserole:
Cook potatoes until tender (about 25 minutes). Cool, peel and grate. In a large pan, heat 1/4 cup butter with soup. Blend in cheese and sour cream. Stir in potatoes. Place in 2 1/2-quart buttered casserole. Mix crumbs and 3 tablespoons melted butter. Place on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
