  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
  • large can yams Prince - 1 item

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. butter1/3 c. flour1/2 c. chopped walnuts Drain liquid from yams. Mash the yams. Beat together with other ingredients (except topping). Pour into greased glass pan (9 x 13-inch). Sprinkle on topping. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes (uncovered).

Prepare Topping: With a fork, cut butter into dry ingredients. Add walnuts; mix together by hand.
