  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • frozen hash browns - 2 lb

How to make potato casserole:

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into lightly greased casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
